Riassumo (i dettagli sarebbero anche peggio) : Siamo andati per una stampa su un cartoncino che diceva di farmi delle dimensioni che desideravo ma me l'ha fatta più piccola di quasi 10 cm. La sua risposta? "Noi non stiamo a guardare il millimetro!" ha spento la luce del negozio e ha aperto la porta, ci ha praticamente cacciati. Mi sono vergognata per lei. (In un altro negozio non ho avuto problemi, il cartoncino me l'hanno fatto della dimensione che volevo senza tante storie e sono stati molto professionali) Naughty and incompetent.
