β β β β β Mi sono recata a fare delle fototessere per rinnovare la CI. ho richiesto che venissero fatte secondo lo standard biometrico, portando anche un esempio. Le foto son state stampate secondo altri standard assicurandomi che sarebbero andate bene. Purtroppo non sono state accettate e ho dovuto rifarle in loco.
Il propietario Γ© stato molto professionale e dopo una piccola incomprensione mi ha restituito i soldi visto che non avevo bisogno di altre foto.
I went to take passport photos to renew the CI. I requested that they be done according to the biometric standard, also giving an example. The photos were printed to other standards making sure they would be fine. Unfortunately they were not accepted and I had to redo them on site.
The owner was very professional and after a little misunderstanding he gave me back the money since I didn't need any more photos.
