★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fotografo molto simpatico e professionale. Partendo il gg successivo dal servizio fatto in hotel x la foto potevo passare in negozio. Non sapendo orario di chiusura sono passata intorno alle 23 x vedere. Trovato porta aperta e luci spente con signora che era dentro con un tizio a parlare. Ho chiesto della mia foto: a ma le porta domani e io parto e allora è andata a prendere alcune foto che non erano mie e fa se non è qui la deve scegliere ma io ho spento: non poteva venire prima? Poi mi ha fatto capire che avevo disturbato. Ma dico io se lasci aperta porta qualcuno entra. Non si trattano così le persone.
Very nice and professional photographer. Starting the next day from the service done in the hotel x the photo I could go to the store. Not knowing closing time I passed around 11pm to see. Found door open and lights off with lady who was inside with a guy talking. I asked for my photo: a but she brings them tomorrow and I'm leaving and then she went to get some photos that weren't mine and if she isn't here she has to choose her but I turned off: couldn't she come earlier? Then he made me understand that I had disturbed. But I say if you leave the door open someone enters. People are not treated like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Poco seri. Non rispettano gli orari di apertura/chiusura del negozio, addirittura mi hanno dato un appuntamento per la consegna di una stampa ma non si sono presentati. Mi sono recata due volte in mezza giornata per il ritiro negli orari indicati, sempre inutilmente.
Bad. Not serious. They do not respect the opening / closing hours of the shop, they even gave me an appointment for the delivery of a print but they did not show up. I went twice in half a day for collection at the times indicated, always to no avail.
