Bresciani Mirco (amministratore del mio condominio ) ha dimostrato in diverse occasioni diverse mancanze professionali, anche gravi , come quando è stato avvisato dall' impresa di pulizie del condominio tramite preavviso di 30 giorni , come prescrive la legge con raccomandata A/R datata 28 febbraio 2020 . L'impresa di pulizie ha cessato il suo mandato il giorno 31 marzo 2020 . L'amministratore Bresciani Mirco non si è assolutamente preoccupato di avvisare i condomini del cessato servizio da parte dell' impresa di pulizie . Ci siamo accorti noi che gli zerbini non erano stati sollevati e il vano scala era sporco e indecente considerato che le pulizie si svolgevano 2 volte a settimana
Solo dopo aver contattato noi l'amministratore di questa mancanza , ci ha riferito che sapeva benissimo che la ditta delle pulizie aveva reciso il contratto di appalto con il nostro condominio .
Dal 31 di marzo 2020 ad oggi 18 aprile 2020 siamo ancora con le scale ancora più sporche visto che non ha contattato nessuna ditta .In questo periodo di covid-19 è una cosa gravissima e vergognosa non avere le scale igienizzate e pulite .L'amministratore dato che viene retribuito deve fare gli interessi dei condomini , visto che non fa fare neanche i lavori deliberati in riunione condominiale . Contatterò gli enti competenti per il caso.Ad oggi 9 maggio 2020 la situazione è la stessa stiamo pulendo le scale noi condomini ,è una vergogna non pagheremo l'amministratore zero servizi zero soldi ,anzi è ora che si dimetta .

I will contact the competent bodies for the case. As of May 9, 2020 the situation is the same we are cleaning the stairs we condominiums, it is a shame we will not pay the administrator zero services zero money, indeed it is time for him to resign.
