Io ho assaggiato lagane ai ceci ed era squisita. Poi sono andato ad ottobre alla sagra della castagna di Fagnano Castello e ho trovato questa meravigliosa produttrice di pasta ma in formato speciale, pasta alla castagna, perfetta per una domenica con un primo piatto a base di pasta di castagna e funghi.
Insomma pasta di qualità e buonissima, PASTA FORTE.

I have tasted lagane chickpeas and it was exquisite. Then I went to the chestnut festival of Fagnano Castello in October and found this wonderful pasta maker but in a special format, chestnut pasta, perfect for a Sunday with a first course of chestnut paste and mushrooms.
