★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great hotel. Rooms are bare, old and worn. And there was an overwhelming smell of potpourri in the rooms - made me feel sick. Would not stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice hotel close to the city of Latina, IT. The hotel that's comfortable spacious and has a great layout by the river. The rooms are modern. Very traditional The food here is great. The staff is perfect where English is spoken as well as native Italian. There are several options for accommodations whether you want to stay in different sized rooms or not. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is stylish but the bed a bit old fashioned; the room was very simple. I had a room with the window to the Main Street, which was kind of noisy. Some renovation would be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give it 1 star as I cannot give 0 star. It is a shame as it is a very nice place for nature lovers. The bedroom was very dark, the bed felt more like a wood table than anything else. There was a very old bathtub without shower curtain, so taking a shower becomes quickly a mess. As this “4 stars hotel” proclaim itself as eco friendly they should invest in a shower mixer taps as it takes a while to get to the right temperature. Resulting more in wasting water than saving the environment. The only positive side was the housekeeping staff that kept the bedroom clean on a daily basis. The housekeepers are the only “4 stars” element in this hotel.
