Appare evidente un cambio nella gestione che non migliora la qualità ma solo il modo di gestire. Il pane "senatore Cappelli" è stato sostituito con un buon grano "duro nobile". Non è assolutamente la stessa cosa. Se paghi con monete e/o banconote i tempi di attesa diventano alti a causa di un riscuotitore che si inceppa sempre. Si spera sia una fase transitoria destinata a finire in bene. The quality of the products remains high but it is no longer the previous one that is indisputable.
