Addirittura la prima volta ho aperto la porta del laboratorio invece che quella del negozio, ma merita ampiamente le 5 stelle sia per la bontà dei prodotti e poi, e non è poco, la gentilezza e passione che dimostrano i proprietari nel loro lavoro. Grazie, tornerò! It looks like a small place, without any pretense. L	Lorenzo Spinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in un piccolo paese nel profondo Salento, Spongano posto bellissimo e tranquillo a pochi chilometri dal mare e tra le tante bellezze siamo rimasti colpiti da un piccolo panificio e biscottificio (piccolo solo come dimensione) ma grande per la cordialità e simpatia della proprietaria e per le molteplici leccornie che offre il negozio fatte e sfornate dalle abili mani del proprietario Damiano Quaranta, lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque passi da queste parti. We were in a small town deep in Salento, Spongano, a beautiful and quiet place a few kilometers from the sea and among the many beauties we were struck by a small bakery and biscuit factory (small only in size) but great for the friendliness and sympathy of the owner and for the many delicacies that the shop offers made and baked by the skilled hands of the owner Damiano Quaranta, I highly recommend it to anyone passing by.
