Si possono fare degustazioni di birre artigianali e vini di selezionate cantine con taglieri di salumi di eccellente origine. Il pane azimo é unico, non ne ho ancora trovato di migliori nonostante never ho da 18 anni. Ancient traditions of baking but exceptional innovation. The delicatessen and the small market are of exceptional quality. You can have tastings of craft beers and wines from selected wineries with cold cuts of excellent origin. The unleavened bread is unique, I haven't found any better yet despite never having been in 18 years.

Si parte naturalmente dal pane ed i prodotti da forno, in cui ritrovo finalmente l'artigianalità che difficilmente è possibile scovare nelle grandi città come Palermo. Non offre però soltanto prodotti da forno, ma anche una vasta selezione di prodotti DOC a prezzi ragionevolissimi, con cui non è mancata opportunità di fare bella figura con ospiti ed invitati. Il tutto è coadiuvato dal personale sempre gentile ed attento, pronto ad offrir consiglio qualora venisse richiesto, praticamente una fragrante oasi nel caos palermitano. Prezzo del pane conforme alla media di altri panifici, prezzo di salumi e formaggi leggermente più alto della media ma giustificato dall'elevata qualità dei prodotti venduti. Bread price conforms to the average of other bakeries, the price of cured meats and cheeses slightly higher than the average but justified by the high quality of the products sold. Exaggerated prices, bad bread and not at all nice and professional staff! The rotisserie is good, the delicatessen department is well stocked but the prices are always exaggerated.
