La qualità dei pane è notevole se cercate un pane schietto e genuino.
Le commesse sono simpaticissime e cordiali. Anche se entri in negozio un minuto prima della chiusura trovano il tempo per un sorriso e per consigliarti nella scelta o per farti assaggiare qualcosa di nuovo.
It is apparently a small shop, but in the back it hides a large and ancient oven.
The quality of the bread is remarkable if you are looking for a pure and genuine bread.
The orders are very nice and friendly. Even if you enter the shop a minute before closing they find time for a smile and to advise you in your choice or to let you taste something new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forno storico di Follonica, personale e proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili. Il pane "fatto a mano" dura giorni e questa la dici lunga sulla qualità. Rinomato per la schiaccia mista anche se io prediligo di gran lunga la secca. Insomma qualsiasi cosa scegliete è buono quindi fate un pó voi.
Historic oven of Follonica, friendly and always available staff and owners. The "handmade" bread lasts days and this says a lot about the quality. Renowned for the mixed crushes even if I much prefer the dry. In short, whatever you choose is good so you do a little bit.
