★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, venire ad Amatrice e non fare una sosta da Enrico per gustare la sua pizza bianca e le sue rose del deserto (biscotti con un impasto di nocciole intere e mandorle) è come non assaggiare l'amatriciana, il connubio è unico.
What can I say, coming to Amatrice and not making a stop at Enrico's to taste his white pizza and his desert roses (biscuits with a mixture of whole hazelnuts and almonds) is like not tasting the amatriciana, the combination is unique.
