Esperienza online da bocciare, cosi come l'ignoranza e l'arroganza del personale che ci lavora. Sarei tentato di allegare le "mail" di risposta alle mie proteste, ma la privacy me lo impedisce, e la legge, si sa', va rispettata.
I prodotti potranno anche essere buoni, per carità, ma se il comportamento che si attua per gli ordini online è uguale a quello che hanno riservato a me forse sarebbe meglio lasciar perdere.

As in other cases, one is obliged to give 1 star, even if some places deserve 0, such as the Miceli oven.
Online experience to fail, as well as the ignorance and arrogance of the staff who work there. I would be tempted to attach the "emails" in response to my protests, but privacy prevents me, and the law, you know, must be respected.
The products may also be good, for heaven's sake, but if the behavior that takes place for online orders is the same as what they have reserved for me, perhaps it would be better to leave it alone.
