M	Matteo Maresi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche anno fa due ragazzi poco più che ventenni hanno preso in gestione questo vecchio panificio e hanno fatto una cosa molto saggia: lo hanno lasciato così com’era, con il suo forno a legna che è poesia pura. Qui la focaccia la vengono a prendere anche da Varazze, i liguri. Qualcuno ha perfino scritto che un posto così i milanesi non meritano di scoprirlo... C’è da dire che arrivarci non è una passeggiata. Il che lo rende a tutti gli effetti un luogo di culto. I fratelli Bolla sono dei panettieri “puri”, devoti al territorio e ai suoi ingredienti. La loro focaccia si scioglie letteralmente in bocca. A few years ago, two boys in their early twenties took over this old bakery and did a very wise thing: they left it as it was, with its wood-burning oven that is pure poetry. Here the focaccia are also picked up from Varazze, the Ligurians. Someone even wrote that the Milanese don't deserve to discover a place like this ... It must be said that getting there is not a walk in the park. Which makes it a place of worship to all intents and purposes. The Bolla brothers are "pure" bakers, devoted to the territory and its ingredients. Their focaccia literally melts in your mouth.

Everything is good, but try the focaccia with potatoes, rosemary and sausage! Unmatched! Several times I have changed my path to enjoy it. Well done!!!

Pochi passi oltre, la panetteria artigianale gestita delle medesime persone. Village bar that also offers quick lunches, wraps and aperitifs with tables outside. A few steps further, the artisan bakery run by the same people.

La gentilezza è di casa ..anzi di forno! È affascinante trovare ancora ancora luoghi così caratteristici e non raffreddati dalla modernitá. Entrateci a prescindere da ciò che vi serve....qualcosa ci trovate comunque! A small, intimate, characteristic and appetizing place already to enter it! The focaccias are varied and all fantastic !! All without lard! Kindness is at home ... even in the oven! It is fascinating to still find places so characteristic and not cooled by modernity. Enter it regardless of what you need .... something you can find there anyway!

But it's a nice drive through the Ligurian "entroterra" (inland) and the reward is an absolutely delicious focaccia, pizza, bread and local treats. The focacca and the pizza are not the "usual" type you find all over Liguria but the taste is something worth the drive. You must try the focaccia with onions!!!! Yummy!!! If you get thirsty there's a little bar next door where you can sit outside and enjoy an Aperitif!!!!!
