Nonostante abbiano pane classico con lievito di birra, sono specialisti nella lievitazione naturale. Usano tutte le farine: biologiche, integrali e bianche, di farro, kamut, orzo, segale utilissime per le diete. Vale la pena scoprire questo forno artigianale, anche per provare le frolle di Santa Lucia e i Nadalini!
