★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo anzi inesistente. Ho portato una borsa in ecopelle alla quale applicare semplicemente una cerniera. Premetto che era una prova per poi produrre e commercializzare le borse. Mi hanno detto che non c'erano problemi e che ci avrebbero messo un paio di giorni. Dopo una settimana passo ma non era stata ancora fatta, dopo 3 settimane telefono e la cerniera non era anch'essa stata applicata, passo qualche giorno dopo previa telefonata pretendendo la borsa anche non ultimata e l'unica cosa che hanno saputo dirmi è stato:"scusa tanto, la sarta proprio non ce l'ha fatta!! ". Ovvio, chiedete a una sarta di mettere una cerniera è da folli. Morale ho perso circa un mese e il lavoro non è stato fatto. Molto professionale!
 Bad service indeed non-existent. I brought a faux leather bag to which to simply apply a zipper. I state that it was a test to then produce and market the bags. They told me there were no problems and that it would take them a couple of days. After a week I passed but it hadn't been done yet, after 3 weeks I phoned and the zipper hadn't been applied too, I pass a few days later after a phone call claiming the bag not even completed and the only thing they were able to tell me was: "sorry, the seamstress just didn't make it !!". Of course, asking a seamstress to put on a zipper is crazy. Morally I lost about a month and the job was not done. Very professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto cambiare la zip lunga 60 cm ad una maglietta da ciclismo in tessuto sintetico tecnico molto leggero, lavoro eseguito accuratamente ed in breve tempo, solo un po' caro ma ne valeva la pena.
I had the 60 cm long zip changed to a cycling jersey in very light technical synthetic fabric, the job was done accurately and in a short time, only a little expensive but it was worth it.
