Ho provato due tipi di focaccia, entrambi suuuperbuoni, ma devo ringraziare la ragazza che mi ha servita perché è la prima volta che mi capita che mi vengano indicati gli allergeni prima ancora di chiederlo. Questo, unito alla cordialità del servizio e ai prodotti superbuoni, mi farà certo tornare quando sarò nuovamente di passaggio. Forneria + bar, with a neat and very inviting window. Anche se dentro c'è qualcuno che sta aspettando il suo cappuccino, verrai servito comunque per primo, d'altronde "eri già passato un quarto d"ora fa". Giustificazioni che non reggono dopo aver atteso 10 minuti ed essersi visti passare davanti persone che si erano andate a fare un giro per poi tornare. Purtroppo in molti quando vanno poi mi dicono che si sono trovati male, bibite servite senza cannucce o bicchieri, bilancia che mostra un prezzo e lo scontrino pagato un altro, insomma parecchia confusione, la mia famiglia ci compra sempre il pane. Per lo stile ognuno nel suo locale sceglie come meglio crede ma a mio avviso mai ho condiviso e mai comprenderò l'assenza di un semplice ma fondamentale cestino portarifiuti, bevo il caffè e non so dove lasciare la bustina dello zucchero, mangio la brioches e mi dispiace dover lasciare i tovaglioli sporchi per la gentilissima barista; ultimamente poi sono comparsi i fogli "spremute fresche" marketing da mercati generali più che da bar, sarebbe stato molto più accattivante, funzionale e bello un semplice cesto con la frutta fresca in vista, rispetto ad un freddo foglietto incollato al muro. Purtroppo ultimamente mi è capitato di trovare la brioches vuota seppur macchiata di crema all'esterno, certo può accadere ma spesso no.
