Un mio amico mi ha vivamente consigliato di rivolgermi alla Formicola immobiliare, in quanto aveva comprato con loro apprezzandone competenze, velocità d'azione e garbo. La prima impressione è stata negativa in quanto hanno evidenziato, leggendo l'atto di compravendita, che il mio immobile aveva delle irregolarità catastali , e che addirittura si rendeva necessaria una rettifica all'atto notarile altrimenti il bene non era vendibile; incredulo mi sono recato da un notaio che ha confermato tutto ciò che mi aveva detto l'agenzia e che nessun altro mai aveva notato. Sono riusciti in breve tempo a vendermi casa ed oggi ho fatto anche il il rogito per la nuova.
