La signora che ha risposto non mi ha dato tempo di aprire bocca e spiegare il mio problema, ma subito, con un tono scocciato, mi ha liquidato dicendomi di chiamare il numero verde dalle 9 alle 12 di mattina. Non hanno voglia di lavorare e ascoltare i clienti. Non vogliono sentire nessuno, neanche per telefono. Pessimiiiiii!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, non hanno voglia di lavorare, vai li in un giorno eccezionalmente chiuso al pubblico e non ti fanno entrare, nonostante siano tutti presenti ed hai pagato la tassa. Nei comuni civili oltretutto i rifiuti ingombranti vengono ritirati al proprio domicilio, a Formia no,quindi se non hai un 'auto o chi ti accompagna ti freghi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo chiami per una segnalazione e ti rispondono come se ti stanno facendo un favore. Ho sempre problemi con la raccolta dell'immondizia e poi li vedi al bar alle 9 di mattina a bere la birra. Ditemi voi se è normale.
