Entrato ho dato un'occhiata alla merce esposta, dopo qualche minuto mi sono avvicinato al bancone del piano terra per avere alcune informazioni su alcuni prodotti. Al di là del tavolo ho trovato la commessa intenta a parlare al telefono su fatti assolutamente privati (commenti prettamente femminili su incontri tra "amici" ). Dopo la mia attesa davanti al bancone per diversi minuti, che non poteva non far presumere che stessi aspettando, sono andato via senza poter soddisfare le mie richieste. Posso dire che si tratta di un negozio poco professionale. Spero che almeno i prodotto siano migliori. Today I went to this store attracted by the shop windows. I hope that at least the products are better.

Magari non per tutte le "tasche" ma sicuramente se devi fare un acquisto per abbellire la tua abitazione e che duri nel tempo sei nel posto giusto. Elegant shop with first-rate products. Maybe not for all "budgets" but surely if you have to make a purchase to beautify your home and that it lasts over time, you are in the right place.

Ho avuto problemi con una lampada acquistata in questo negozio pagata una modica cifra oltre i 1000 €, chiaramente può succedere. Peccato che il modo in cui sono stato trattato dalla signora titolare abbia rasentato la scostumatezza, cosa aggravata dal fatto che ho dovuto attendere quasi un mese perchè il problema venisse risolto. Vivamente sconsigliato. Very bad experience. I had problems with a lamp purchased in this shop for a modest sum over 1000 €, of course it can happen. Too bad that the way in which I was treated by the owner lady bordered on impudence, which was aggravated by the fact that I had to wait almost a month for the problem to be solved. Ho acquistato due applique, e purtroppo dopo aver montato la prima mi sono reso conto di avere fatto un errore nella scelta, quindi ho chiesto il reso della seconda, ancora sigillata. Ciò mi è stato negato, dicendo che era stata ordinata appositamente per me (ma va?!). Penso che ciò dimostri la logica del profitto come primo valore aziendale, a discapito della soddisfazione dei clienti. A maggior ragione in questo caso, trattandosi di cifre ridicole per un negozio (300 euro di prodotto) ma significative per il cliente. I bought two wall lamps, and unfortunately after having mounted the first one I realized that I had made a mistake in the choice, so I asked for the return of the second, still sealed. This was denied to me, saying it was specially ordered for me (okay ?!). I think this demonstrates the logic of profit as the first business value, at the expense of customer satisfaction. All the more so in this case, since these are ridiculous figures for a shop (300 euros of product) but significant for the customer.
