Digeribilissimi cremosi e genuini sia quelli più freschi che quelli più stagionati.
Veramente da 5 stelle.

Yesterday I bought different types of goat cheeses from Ca Du Roc and they are truly among the best tasty and genuine that I have ever eaten in Italy and abroad.
Very digestible, creamy and genuine, both the freshest and the most seasoned ones.
Really 5 stars.
Highly recommended and very kind managers / producers.
