Quando si dice usato garantito complimenti!! Purchased a company fiesta with 29000km, after 2 months at about 32000km I notice a strange vibration, I take it to the workshop and once the diagnosis is made, they tell me that it is the right engine support. Morale della favola is not covered by the warranty. When it says used guaranteed congratulations!
6	68triple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio ricambi impeccabile , ho avuto un esperienza per un cambio prodotto con il signor Armando , disponibile e professionalmente come pochi mi ha subito consigliato la soluzione piu' semplice e veloce per sostituire un supporto con degli ammortizzatori. Non sembrava nemmeno che eravamo a Siracusa. Consigliato impeccable spare parts service, I had an experience for a product change with Mr. Armando, available and professionally like few others, he immediately recommended the simplest and fastest solution to replace a support with shock absorbers. It didn't even look like we were in Syracuse. Recommended

Auto di cortesia non ce ne sono nonostante sia stata prenotata. Ho lasciato l'auto per una perdita d'olio e dopo 24 ore non sono riusciti a scoprire da dove. Risultato ho pagato più di 100 euro per un servizio non risolto. Questa è stata l'ultima volta che ho portato l'auto in in officina Ford dopo più di 7 anni. The one in Syracuse is decidedly disorganized. The mechanical part is in total confusion, too many appointments and always with delays. There are no courtesy cars despite having been booked. I left the car for an oil leak and after 24 hours they couldn't find out where from. Result I paid more than 100 euros for an unsolved service. This was the last time I took the car to the Ford workshop after more than 7 years.

Personale molto preparato dall'accoglienza al ritiro auto con tanto di spiegazioni e sorpresa ben gradita ,(bottiglia di spumante e portachiavi), tutto il personale molto professionale e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi burocratici improvvisi. Nulla da eccepire, nonostante la grossa mole di lavoro che hanno, cercano sempre di non spazientirsi col cliente (ve lo dice uno che è da 30 anni che ha a che fare col pubblico e credetimi non è per niente semplice!). Review for buying a new car. Staff very prepared from the welcome to the car collection with a lot of explanations and a welcome surprise, (bottle of sparkling wine and key ring), all the staff very professional and ready to solve any sudden bureaucratic problems. Nothing to complain, despite the large amount of work they have, they always try not to get impatient with the customer (one who has been dealing with the public for 30 years tells you this and believe me it is not easy at all!).

Non lo consiglio state attenti addirittura non mi hanno rimborsato neanche l'acconto di un ricambio che non l'anno montato. Non parliamo del disagio causato... mi hanno lasciato senza macchina più di 25 GG vergognoso... Very bad experience workshop department are inexperienced. I do not recommend it, be careful they have not even reimbursed me the deposit for a spare part that has not been fitted to the year. Dopo due auto nuove Ford prese da loro nel 2017 e nel 2020, eravamo in procinto di acquistare la terza auto familiare per neopatentate. Peccato che ci stessero rifilando una Fiesta usata che superava i Kw stabiliti per legge. Anziché scusarsi per il disagio grave causato, dovuto all’attesa vana di un mese per una macchina inutilizzabile, hanno provato a vendere un’altra auto usata quasi al pari del nuovo. Delusi dal trattamento superficiale, raffazzonato, maleducato, abbiamo contattato l’amministrazione segnalando il fatto, ma se n’è letteralmente fregata. Siamo andati in Kia. Problema risolto alla grande.
