Gianluca che mi ha seguito nella scelta della vettura rispondendo con cortesia e professionalità a tutte le mie domande, 5 stelle alla signorina della reception sempre sorridente e cortese,5 stelle alla persona addetta ai finanziamenti gentile e cordiale infine 5 stelle vanno a Pasquale ( spero di non aver sbagliato nome) alla consegna della vettura molto esauriente nello spiegare con cura e dettagliatamente tt le funzioni della macchina ,contentissimo di aver acquistato la mia nuova Ford Puma in questo concessionario consiglio ?? Sono rimasto scontento di una sola cosa ma non riguarda Ford Twins cioè la data della consegna doveva essere dicembre 2021 ed è stata consegnata l'8 marzo senza nessun imail di scuse da parte di Ford Italia . The 5 stars are for Mr. Gianluca who followed me in the choice of the car by answering all my questions with courtesy and professionalism, 5 stars to the lady at the reception always smiling and courteous, 5 stars to the person in charge of financing kind and cordial finally 5 stars go to Pasquale (I hope not to have the wrong name) at the delivery of the car very exhaustive in explaining carefully and in detail the functions of the car, very happy to have bought my new Ford Puma in this dealer I recommend ?? I was unhappy with only one thing but it does not concern Ford Twins that is the delivery date was supposed to be December 2021 and it was delivered on March 8th without any imail of apologies from Ford Italy.

Un cliente che mi precedeva ha dimenticato un portafogli pieno di contanti e gli addetti al lavoro hanno prontamente chiamato il malcapitato per restituirlo. Avevo dei dubbi sul modello dei tappetini, ma l operatore"di nome Gaetano se ricordo bene"è stato così gentile e paziente da farmi capire e vedere dalle foto e di conseguenza ordinarli perché non erano al momento disponibili in sede. Tappetini arrivati dopo 3 gg lavorativi montati e soddisfatto dell operato del punto vendita. I was on site for a purchase of rubber mats for a 500x .. I had some doubts about the model of the mats, but the operator "named Gaetano if I remember correctly" was kind and patient to let me understand and see from the photos and consequently order them because they were not available at the moment. Mats arrived after 3 working days assembled and satisfied with the work of the store.

Mi rispondono che è da ordinare e di recarmi da loro per lasciare l’acconto. Vado di persona, e nonostante fossi da solo, ci vogliono 5 minuti per parlare con qualcuno. Mostro la conversazione su whatsapp riguardo il pezzo da ordinare, e il ragazzo al bancone mi dice che non è possibile ordinarlo, che non si trova, e altre scuse. Al che gli faccio presente che sono andato fin lì apposta perché mi avevano detto che si poteva ordinare e mi risponde “nun te poss aiutà.” E questa dovrebbe essere un’officina/negozio ufficiale Ford? Andiamo bene. Sconsigliato a tutti. I contact them by phone to find out about the availability of a small replacement body piece. They reply that it is necessary to order and to go to them to leave the deposit. I go in person, and despite being alone, it takes 5 minutes to talk to someone. I show the conversation on whatsapp about the piece to order, and the guy at the counter tells me that it is not possible to order it, that it is not found, and other excuses. To which I point out that I went there on purpose because they told me that it could be ordered and he replies "nun te poss help." And this is supposed to be a Ford workshop / official store? Let's go well. Not recommended for everyone.

Da quando sono entrato dentro la concessionaria mi sono sentito a casa , il signor Gianluca mi ha accolto a braccia aperte è con tanta pazienza ha esaudito ogni mio desiderio . Alla consegna dell'auto un bravissimo meccanico mi ha illustrato tutto della macchina dalla A alla Z , ora mi ritrovo qua finalmente nella mia nuova Ford Puma 1.5 Diesel con un sorriso stupendo , mai stato così unica pecca e che l'auto mi e stata data con 1km di autonomia , facendomi sudare fino a quando non sono arrivato al benzinaio Here we are, finally car delivered as promised real review ... Since I entered the dealership I felt at home, Mr. Gianluca welcomed me with open arms and with a lot of patience he fulfilled my every wish. Upon delivery of the car, a very good mechanic showed me everything about the car from A to Z, now I find myself here at last in my new Ford Puma 1.5 Diesel with a wonderful smile, never been like this the only flaw is that the car was given to me with 1km of autonomy, making me sweat until I arrived at the gas station
