★ ★ ★ ★ ★ che dire...bravissimi..dopo ripetute brutte esperienze di altri ford service...finalmente un'officina attenta al cliente..dove trovi persone che sanno ascoltare le esigenze e problemi dell'auto..e con moltissima cordialità ed esperienza fanno del tutto per risolvere il problema...un officina dove ancora conta il parlare con il cliente e non una catena di montaggio...darei 6 stelle se fosse possibile...siete grandi..ed un saluto particolare al proprietario..Sandro...che è sempre disponibile...da oggi sarete il mio punto di riferimento...grazie ancora..Stefano..??????
 what to say ... very good .. after repeated bad experiences of other ford service ... finally a workshop attentive to the customer .. where you find people who know how to listen to the needs and problems of the car .. and with a lot of friendliness and experience they do everything to solve the problem ... a workshop where talking to the customer still counts and not an assembly line ... I would give 6 stars if it were possible ... you are great .. and a special greeting to the owner .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l'auto nella mattinata di un lunedì di fine luglio, per un guasto elettronico al motore. Nonostante non avessi avuto la possibilità di prendere appuntamento, il Sig.Serafini ha comunque preso in carico la mia auto, risolto il problema e consegnata nella giornata stessa. Consegnata peraltro in modo impeccabile, pulita dentro e fuori, e con prezzi onesti. Rara dimostrazione che esistono ancora imprese italiane che vogliono e sanno fare bene il proprio lavoro.
I brought the car on a Monday morning in late July, due to an electronic engine failure. Although I had not had the opportunity to make an appointment, Mr. Serafini still took charge of my car, solved the problem and delivered the same day. Furthermore, delivered flawlessly, clean inside and out, and with fair prices. Rare demonstration that there are still Italian companies that want and know how to do their job well.
