★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è qualificato e molto disponibile purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso del responsabile il quale ho dovuto attendere 2 giorni per fargli esaminare un paio di scarpe che a mio avviso sono difettose riguardo alla destra in quanto la cucitura laterale interna troppo sporgente. Be sono stato accusato di averle lavate in lavatrice, cosa non vera ,la carta era umida in quanto sono rimaste nel portabagagli della macchina 2 giorni nei quali ha sempre piovuto quindi può aver assorbito un po' di umidità e nonostante la mia parola e l'evidente stato di inutilizzo delle scarpe (perché dolorosissime) continuavo ad essere contraddetto ed essere preso per truffatore o chissà cosa con aria oltretutto saccente e indisponente. In fine mi è stato consigliato di andare dal calzolaio per farle mettere in forma?. Detto ciò foot locker Terni non vedrà più un mio centesimo!
The staff is qualified and very helpful, unfortunately I can't say the same about the manager, who had to wait 2 days for him to examine a pair of shoes that I believe are defective with regard to the right because the internal side seam is too protruding. Well I was accused of having washed them in the washing machine, which is not true, the paper was damp because they remained in the trunk of the car for 2 days in which it always rained so it may have absorbed some humidity and despite my word and the obvious state of inactivity of shoes (because very painful) I continued to be contradicted and to be taken for swindler or something with an air moreover saccente and annoying. In the end I was advised to go to the shoemaker to make them put forma?. That said, foot locker Terni will no longer see my penny!

Normal chain store you find with the same price, same shoes, same colors, same way of display, same way of selling ... all over the world. Like McDonald's ... I don't like chains in general ...
