Nel mio caso, che ho, da sempre, difficoltà a trovare calzature che incontrano il mio gusto e caratteristiche a causa del numero (molto grande) e conformazione di piede, una volta individuati i modelli che mi piacevano la persona che mi ha seguito mi ha proposto un ventaglio di disponibilità a negozio tra cui ho trovato "la quadra". Cosa dire del negozio? UNA GARANZIA, SEMPRE!!! CONSIGLIATO? CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto una cuffia il giorno 27 dicembre 2021 per regalo di compleanno a mio figlio…la riporto il giorno 28 in quanto NON gli piace…
Con cartellino e scontrino, nel provarla se sfilato il filo di nilon del cartellino (che cmq premetto è attaccato al cartellino non rotto) NON trovo nulla che vada bene come taglia, mi propongono di tenermi la cuffia x un mese e poi andarla a restituire (assurdo), cercano di rifilarmi delle calze, alla fine chiedo un buono acquisto di pari valore, con una scusa non mi effettuano il cambio…adducendo che il cartellino è staccato, ma ripeto è integro con il suo filo di nilon (cuffia di lana grossa) pessimo atteggiamento della commessa che appare al quanto in competente per non dire della responsabile.
Negozio che almeno a Mantova NON mi vedranno MAI più come cliente e sarà pessima pubblicità da parte mia.

With tag and receipt, when I try it if I remove the nilon thread from the tag (which I would say is attached to the tag not broken) I DO NOT find anything that fits the size, they propose to keep the cap for a month and then go and return it ( absurd), they try to trim my socks, at the end I ask for a purchase voucher of equal value, with an excuse they do not change me ... alleging that the tag is detached, but I repeat it is intact with its nilon thread (coarse wool cap ) bad attitude of the saleswoman who appears to be inadequate, not to mention the manager.
Shop that at least in Mantua will NEVER see me as a customer again and it will be bad publicity on my part.
