For the oven (mine is a built-in) no doubt about it, really excellent in all respects. Furthermore, I would also like to underline the professionalism, seriousness and friendliness of the producers even in the after-sales service which is not a trivial matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fontana Forni macht einfach Spaß, ein paar Stück Holz und man hat ausreichend Wärme für einen Backvorgang. Selbst der kleinste Koch interessiert sich bereits dafür. ??
Fontana Forni is just fun, a few pieces of wood and you have enough heat for a baking process. Even the smallest chef is interested in it. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I so wanted to like this oven. The reality however is that the ovens potential is completely overshadowed by exceptionally poor build quality. Every time the oven approaches cooking temperature it emits think black smoke that smells like burning rubber. I can only assume it’s the insulation. It badly flavours the pizzas leaving them looking good but ultimately too tainted to eat. The so-called stainless appears to be rusting on the inside. The non-stainless parts are badly rusted after just 6 months. Worst of all, I emailed Fontana asking for help & they completely ignored me. Such a shame!
