★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se voleste perdere tempo siete nel posto giusto. Li ho contattati per un appartamento in affitto, che ho visto e accaparrato, lasciando una quota. A parte i "trucchetti squallidi" usati per aumentare la provvigione ("noi decidiamo a chi dare in base a chi ci da più provvigioni" parole loro - e guarda caso c'erano "altri" 2-3 acquirenti poi scomparsi nel nulla), che posso capire essendo loro dei "venditori" (?!), mi hanno tirato per le lunghe per circa un mese. La prima volta, il giorno prima della firma del contratto il proprietario ha spostato l'appuntamento. La seconda volta, DUE ORE PRIMA dell'appuntamento mi viene mandato un messaggio dall'agenzia che il proprietario non era disponibile ne contattabile. Tutto questo in UN MESE di tempo in cui gli appuntamenti erano programmati almeno con 2 settimane di anticipo. L'ho trovata una grande mancanza di rispetto nei confronti di chi sta cercando un ABITAZIONE, non un robot da cucina.

Apart from the "nasty tricks" used to increase the commission ("we decide who to give based on who gives us the most commissions" in their words - and coincidentally there were "other" 2-3 buyers who then disappeared into thin air), which I can understand as they are "salesmen" (?!), they kept me going for about a month. The first time, the day before the contract was signed, the owner moved the appointment. The second time, TWO HOURS BEFORE the appointment, I received a message from the agency that the owner was neither available nor contactable. All this in ONE MONTH of time in which appointments were scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. I found it a great lack of respect towards those who are looking for a HOUSE, not a food processor.
