La signora Katiuscia è stata etremamente gentile e cortese: ho telefonato alle 12 di sabato e sono stato richiamato alla riapertura pomeridiana e mi è ha confermato di aver risolto il mio problema. Se avrò ancora necessità di questa tipologia di prodotti mi rivolgerò senz'altro a loro. UN servizio clienti veramente da 5 stelle.
I contacted them about a transport charge problem at the time of ordering on their website. Mrs. Katiuscia was extremely kind and courteous: I called at 12pm on Saturday and was called back to the afternoon reopening and she confirmed that she had solved my problem.
