Una ha fatto bere un coagulante al mio parente malato di cuore quando doveva metterlo sulla garza, un altra un ora per un prelievo... senza parole. Personally I have not had a good experience: really capable 2/3 nurses. One made my heart-sick relative drink a coagulant when he had to put it on the gauze, another one hour for a sample ... speechless.
E	Enza D'Agostino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ci siamo affidati alla Faro proprio perché conoscenti avevano ricevuto un'ottima assistenza per i propri familiari. Ci aspettavamo visite giornaliere che non abbiamo avuto e soprattutto una terapia adeguata ad alleviare le sofferenze di mio padre che invece purtroppo è mancato con tutti i dolori che può causare una malattia oncologica in fase terminale. Il giorno prima che mancasse hanno messo una cannula che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare per somministrare antidolorifici perché era chiusa. Poca professionalità e anche umanità, il medico si raccomandava di non chiamarlo dopo le sette di sera e soprattutto sottolineava che se pioveva non sarebbe venuto. Una vera vergogna. Peccato non poter mettere zero stelline. Bad experience, we relied on Faro precisely because acquaintances had received excellent assistance for their families. We were expecting daily visits that we did not have and above all an adequate therapy to alleviate the suffering of my father who unfortunately passed away with all the pain that a terminal cancer disease can cause. The day before he was missing they put in a cannula that we couldn't use to administer painkillers because it was closed. Little professionalism and even humanity, the doctor recommended not to call him after seven in the evening and above all he stressed that if it rained he would not come. A real shame. Too bad not being able to put zero stars.

s	sole luna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie al valido supporto della Fondazione Faro, la mia famiglia è riuscita a soddisfare l'ultimo desiderio della mamma, ovvero quello di trascorrere gli ultimi giorni di vita in casa, circondata dai propri cari. Il personale estremamente competente, ha di volta in volta modulato l'assistenza in base alle esigenze della paziente, oncologica in fase terminale. Noi familiari, non ci siamo mai sentiti soli in quanto quella che la Faro ha realizzato è stata una vera e propria "ospedalizzazione domiciliare ". Ringrazio di cuore il dott. Cancelli, l'infermiera Katerina, l'infermiera e la oss Katia per l'umanità nelle cure prestate a mia mamma. Thanks to the valid support of the Faro Foundation, my family was able to satisfy my mother's last wish, which is to spend the last days of life at home, surrounded by loved ones. The extremely competent staff, has from time to time modulated the assistance according to the needs of the patient, oncology in the terminal phase. We family members, we have never felt alone as what Faro achieved was a real "home hospitalization". I sincerely thank Dr. Cancelli, the nurse Katerina, the nurse and the observer Katia for humanity in the care given to my mother.
