★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente ieri mattina ho potuto visitare questo affascinante castello, con calma la guida ci ha illustrato la sua lunga e interessante storia, ma anche gli sforzi fatti da tante meravigliose persone per valorizzarlo. Sono sicura che fra pochi anni Padernello sarà uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia grazie a persone appassionate come la ragazza che ci ha guidato, ma a cui purtroppo non ho chiesto il nome. Grazie!
 Finally yesterday morning I was able to visit this fascinating castle, the guide calmly illustrated its long and interesting history, but also the efforts made by so many wonderful people to enhance it. I'm sure that in a few years Padernello will be one of the most beautiful villages in Italy thanks to passionate people like the girl who guided us, but unfortunately I didn't ask for her name. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Castello incantato , ho partecipato ad una visita guidata di un’ora. La guida è stata davvero brava e ci ha intrattenuto. Peccato che all’interno non ci sia molto arredamento d’epoca. Ma in compenso c’era allestita una mostra molto interessante. Vale spendere 7,5€ per la visita; una domenica al mese è possibile entrare gratis…
Enchanted castle, I took part in a one-hour guided tour. The guide was really good and kept us entertained. It is a pity that there is not much period furniture inside. But on the other hand, a very interesting exhibition was set up. It is worth spending € 7.5 for the visit; one Sunday a month it is possible to enter for free ...

Complimenti per i magnifici interventi di restauro e per aver recuperato questo castello risalente al Medio Evo, un vero gioiello delle nostre meraviglie storiche italiane.
Guided tour by Nicoletta at the Padernello Castle! I highly recommend it! Anecdotes, very interesting detailed story, he was able to transmit passion in what he told! Congratulations for the magnificent restoration work and for having recovered this castle dating back to the Middle Ages, a true jewel of our Italian historical wonders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really great place. One of the very few castle in Italy that still has a moat with water in it.
However, the highlight come on the third Sunday of every month, when a Slow Food sponsored market is held. Amazing products can be bought; cured meat, wonderful breads, great cheeses, some of the best chicken, 180 days, I had in a long time (you'll need a kitchen to cook it ) and much more.
