Originariamente il sito era molto più esteso, comprendendo anche l'odierna Villa Mirafiori. L'area, infatti, era parte della residenza della contessa Rosina Vercellana, prima amante poi moglie del re Vittorio Emanuele II. Villa Crespi fu
costruita nel 1907 per il comm. Domenico Crespi e già nel 1937 era sede del Conservatorio di Sant'Eufemia.
All'interno si ammirano opere legate alle vicende del Conservatorio.

Originally the site was much more extensive, including today's Villa Mirafiori. The area, in fact, was part of the residence of Countess Rosina Vercellana, first lover then wife of King Vittorio Emanuele II. Villa Crespi was
built in 1907 for the comm. Domenico Crespi and already in 1937 was the seat of the Conservatory of Sant'Eufemia.
