La mia votazione negativa è per Sarni Oro: ho acquistato un braccialetto da uomo, indossato per mezza giornata e ad un certo punto quest'ultimo cade dal polso e mi accorgo che il calcetto di chiusura resta aperto, in pratica la molla non lo trattiene in posizione chiusa. Mi reco in negozio e faccio presente la cosa!!! Le commesse concordano sul difetto, ritirano l'oggetto confermando la sostituzione!!! E da qui inizia il problema!!! A distanza di un mese il bracciale non mi è ancora stato sostituito, anche se le commesse mi avevano avvisato dei tempi. Ora io mi domando?!?! E' mai possibile per una sostituzione di un oggetto difettoso direi pure al momento dell'acquisto, bisogna att
endete tempi biblici per una sostituzione. Non acquisterò mai più nulla da Sarno Oro perché il disservizio è a livello bancarelle mercatini dell'usato!!!
