Disponibilità sia di acquistare tè, infusi, tisane e accessori sia di gustarli in loco con patisserie, esperienza che comunque non ho fatto e sulla quale non posso perciò esprimermi. Ampia scelta di prodotti per provenienza, varietà, lavorazione e formato, il tutto egregiamente descritto e mostrato dalla titolare. Lo scopo della visita era acquistare bustine di tè sfuso e sono stati confezionati in pacchetti molto belli, corredati da etichetta con indicazione su dosi e tempi di infusione Unica pecca del locale: la totale mancanza di garbo e socievolezza della titolare che ha trasformato un'esperienza potenzialmente piacevole in una mezz'ora alquanto indisponente. Nel corso della conversazione ho potuto apprendere che sta chiudendo l'attività e che forse non ne riaprirà un'altra; sono uscita domandandomi: se ne frega del cliente perché tanto sta chiudendo o sta chiudendo perché se ne frega del cliente? Tè cinesi, giapponesi e gustosi infusi dai gusti più particolari. Completano il quadro anche una piccola selezione di dolci da assaggiare durante le vostre degustazioni. Il menù è molto ampio, diviso tra tipologie di thè ( neri, verdi, gialli, rossi...), infusi e particolari miscele. La proprietaria è gentilissima. I dolci, tra torte e biscotti, sono squisiti e perfetti per abbinarsi alle bevande. Il locale è molto bello, in un palazzo storico in cui si possono ammirare gli affreschi non saprei se anch'essi storici ma che regalano un atmosfera unica. Servirebbero un paio di persone in più per stare dietro a tutta la clientela che non è solo quella che viene a gustarsi le bevande ma anche chi viene a comprare i vari thè e accessori per la preparazione. Prezzi più che onesti. Insomma un posto da provare assolutamente. Beautiful place in front of the Arno river. A particular and rare thing in the city and province of Pisa. It would take a couple of more people to keep up with all the customers who are not only the ones who come to enjoy the drinks but also those who come to buy the various teas and accessories for the preparation. Prices more than fair. In short, a place to try absolutely.
