Chiesto se avevano dei vetrini di ricambio citofono esterno e mi hanno detto che se volevo potevo cambiare tutto il gruppo citofono.
Magari un "non lo abbiamo" sarebbe stato più rispettoso.
Probably their professionalism starts from a minimum turnover.
Asked if they had any spare door intercom slides and was told that if I wanted I could change the whole intercom assembly.
Maybe a "we don't have it" would have been more respectful.
