Ho trovato piuttosto spigolosa la risposta datami dal capo officina, che oltre al fatto che l’assicurazione mi copriva solo il 25% del danno riscontrato solo dopo qualche mese di utilizzo, mi ha giustificato l’indisponibilità di un auto sostitutiva perché la macchina da me comprata non era nuova.
Credo che un servizio debba essere fatto a prescindere dalla cifra spesa.

I found the answer given to me by the head shop, rather than the fact that the insurance covered only 25% of the damage found only after a few months of use, justified the unavailability of a replacement car because the car from me bought was not new.
I believe that a service must be done regardless of the amount spent.
