La mail del servizio assistenza non risponde mai e il numero di telefono risulta inesistente... Nel frattempo sto ancora aspettando rimborso e sostituzione dell' articolo ... benvenuti al sud! Dopo diverse email ignorate, messaggi sul Messenger di facebook letti e lasciati senza risposta, hanno deciso di palesarsi solo dopo la minaccia di una richiesta di risarcimento (quasi 70 euro). Pare che ce l'abbiano fatta a spedire la merce dopo 20 gg ( una polo con le iniziali) Bad online store! Non-existent customer service. Ho effettuato un ordine da una settimana, oggetto non ancora consegnato, nessuna risposta alle richieste di informazione. Possibile che nella mia città ci siano solo persone poco serie (per non definirle in maniera diversa)? Mi rincuora solo il fatto che il costo dell'articolo acquistato è contenuto. Aggiornamento: aggiungo due stelle per la qualutdel prodotto e per il fatto che dopo molte mail finalmente sono stato contattato dallo store. I placed an order on 01/03 and as of today (22/03) nothing. The store is closed and no one answers the phone. really painful

Servizio clienti inesistente, mi hanno risposto solo una volta dicendo che avrebbero spedito la settimana successiva... È trascorso un altro mese da allora. Una vergogna. Avrei dovuto leggere le recensioni prima di effettuare l'acquisto della maglia ufficiale di quest'anno personalizzata. Ho chiesto anche di rimborsarmi ma non rispondono. Vediamo se risponderanno alla PEC dell'avvocato adesso. Order made in October 2021, we are in March 2022 and nothing has arrived.
