G	Giovanni Tarar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scelta, e qualità. Soprattutto i piatti di carne sono davvero ottimi. Il locale non è molto grande, ma per questo motivo sono abbastanza veloci. Prima della cena ci hanno anche portato una tartare omaggio, che è stata molto gradita. Assolutamente da provare! Excellent choice, and quality. Especially the meat dishes are really good. The venue is not very big, but for this reason they are quite fast. They also brought us a complimentary tartare before dinner, which was very welcome. A must try!

A	Ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho cenato in questo ristorante di fretta e da solo dopo aver fatto tardi a lavoro senza il frigo rifornito a casa. Per fortuna mi sono concesso questo posto anziché il classico fast food a cui si ricorre in queste situazioni per questioni salutari ed invece ho scoperto un bel posto dove ritornare volentieri con amici! Ho mangiato pochissimo quindi fa poco testo ma bene… molto bene! Una costata di rubia gallega 400g con osso (spettacolo) e cicoria di contorno. Ho notato molte attenzioni che rendono piacevole la permanenza in questo locale e soprattutto la cena stessa: 1) il coltello del servizio “standard” viene prontamente sostituito in base al tipo di carne che si ordina. 2) la carne al sangue aveva una ottima temperatura, condita con sale di maldon e servita su pietra calda ma non bollente (ca 60 gradi) 3) anche il piatto era volutamente riscaldato per non far raffreddare la carne visto che viene servita già tagliata e porzionata. Cosa che personalmente apprezzo molto. Carne ce n’è per tutti i gusti, dalla più flessibile danese alle più particolari. Personalmente ho scelto Rubia Gallega per coccolarmi, su un morso di un pezzo abbastanza esterno ci ho sentito addirittura il sapore del mais… incredibile!Non vi aspettate di venire qui e mangiare carne con poco, ma se cercate un posto dove mangiare carne “da paura” ed essere serviti “come si deve” è assolutamente da provare. Non ho fatto foto purché avevo troppa fame e poco tempo ? ne farò al prossimo giro sicuramente!

Offerto un assaggio dello che per iniziare, ottimo e abbondante il tagliere di salumi e formaggi per 2, ottimo il filetto servito su pietra lavica, pasta cacio e pepe un po troppo saporita. Totale 80 euro compreso di acqua e vino con caffè e amaro offerto dal locale. Da provare A really nice find. Excellent quality food and very friendly staff. Tutto davvero ottimo: dall'antipasto al primo, dalla carne al dolce e il vino. Bravi ragazze e ragazzi! Porzioni abbondanti e proposte particolari e innovative! Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, polite and ready to suggest even among the many delicacies off the menu. All really excellent: from the appetizer to the first course, from the meat to the dessert and the wine. Good girls and boys! Generous portions and special and innovative proposals!

Finalmente qualcosa di distintivo, che non vedi tutti i giorni. Qualità delle carni Top, menù ricco di scelta dagli antipasti al dolce, passando per un'ampia selezione di pizze al forno. Preparatissimi, gentilissimi e presentazione dei piatti che ti fa veramente sentire appagato. Bravi e a presto! I was looking for a pizzeria in the Centocelle area and I discovered a place that really deserves a 5-star review. Finally something distinctive, which you don't see every day. Top quality meat, rich menu of choice from appetizers to desserts, passing through a wide selection of baked pizzas. Very well prepared, very kind and presentation of the dishes that makes you feel really satisfied. Well done and see you soon!

The tartare... the best I have ever eaten in my whole life. Also, you can enjoy other dishes as pasta or veg-based entrances. I consider that all plates have their personality and it is reflected the philosophy of the restaurant at the same time in all of them. Besides, amazing relationship quality-price and the attention could not be improved. They suggest things to you according to what you are looking for and your tastes as well as they pay attention to every single detail. I am going to keep coming, for sure.
