Fociaccia buonissima, noi abbiamo provato la genovese (top), la recco classica e quella al pomodoro e origano, i gestori gentilissimi, davvero un posto in cui tornare!
 We came to Varazze for a relaxing day by the sea and found this focacceria thanks to the excellent reviews ... I can only confirm everything! Delicious fociaccia, we tried the Genoese (top), the classic recco and the tomato and oregano one, the very kind managers, really a place to come back to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili cordiali sorridenti simpatici veloci, focacce buonissime, non unte come altre, pasta ottima, non spugnosa, bordo croccante. Per me focaccia al pesto top!!!! Tappa obbligata.
Kind cordial smiling, nice fast, very good focaccia, not greasy like others, excellent pasta, not spongy, crunchy edge. For me focaccia with pesto top !!!! A must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo passati un giorno per caso ed è la terza/quarta volta che andiamo quando siamo a Varazze. Le focacce sono buonissime, il ragazzo è molto gentile e mette sempre buona musica (De Andre) :) possibilità di acquistare anche un ottimo vino di produttori Liguri del ponente. Insomma… da non perdere!

We passed a day by chance and it is the third / fourth time we go when we are in Varazze. The focaccias are very good, the boy is very kind and always plays good music (De Andre) :) possibility of buying an excellent wine from Ligurian producers of the west. In short… not to be missed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Focaccia con formaggio di Recco gommosa. Formaggio poco niente. Focaccia con pesto piena d'aglio non si sentiva nemmeno il basilico. Sono rimasta delusa.
Gummy focaccia with Recco cheese. Little cheese nothing. Focaccia with pesto full of garlic you could not even smell the basil. I was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una storica pizzeria di Varazze oggi è una focacceria per me fra le migliori. Imperdibile la sua focaccia al pesto (tra i primi a proporla) con pesto prodotto da loro e disponibile anche in freschi barattoli da portare via.
Focacce e pizze di tutti i tipi e sempre squisite. Buona proposta di vini da gustare al banco e bibite da asporto.
Luca è sempre gentilissimo e disposizione. Da provare assolutamente.
A historic pizzeria in Varazze today is one of the best focacceria for me. Do not miss his focaccia with pesto (among the first to offer it) with pesto produced by them and also available in fresh jars to take away.
Focaccias and pizzas of all kinds and always delicious. Good selection of wines to be tasted at the counter and drinks to take away.
Luca is always very kind and available. Absolutely to try.
