Premetto: ho avuto in regalo una motosega a batteria Husqvarna .
Ho chiesto un'informazione per il montaggio della catena e contemporaneamente anche l'acquisto dell'olio catena e anche valutare l'acquisto di un decespugliatore della stessa marca che utilizzasse la medesima batteria.
Questi signori si sono rifiutati di darmi assistenza adducendo una serie di scuse ma sostanzialmente pe chè la motosega non era stata acquistata da loro adombrando anche il sospetto che potesse essere rubata. Il problema poi io l'ho subito risolto: andava rimossa una linguetta di plastica all'interno dell'alloggiamento della catena.
Ho inviato anche una lettera di reclamo all' ufficio commerciale della Husqvarna .
Mai più da loro .
Da scappare da simile assistenza.!

I state: I got a Husqvarna battery chainsaw as a gift.
I asked for information for the assembly of the chain and at the same time also the purchase of chain oil and also to evaluate the purchase of a brush cutter of the same brand that used the same battery.
These gentlemen refused to assist me with a series of excuses but essentially because the chainsaw had not been purchased by them, also foreshadowing the suspicion that it could be stolen. I then solved the problem immediately: a plastic tab inside the chain housing had to be removed.
I also sent a complaint letter to Husqvarna's sales department.
Never again from them.
To escape from such assistance.!
