Ho così avuto modo di constatare la sua ottima professionalità unitamente alla sua gentilezza e disponibilità nell’affrontare le varie problematiche incontrate sia durante la progettazione e scelta dei materiali, sia durante le fasi operative (incarico Direzione Lavori). L'architetto Fabrizio Marinelli ha inoltre eseguito con scrupolo tutte le pratiche amministrative e fiscali consegnandomi a fine lavori una documentazione completa.
For the renovation of the two bathrooms of my apartment I made use of the skills of the Architect Fabrizio Marinelli. I was thus able to see his excellent professionalism together with his kindness and willingness to deal with the various problems encountered both during the design and choice of materials, and during the operational phases (work management).
