★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applicano tariffe senZa rispettare i cartelloni esposti e se lo fai presente fanno finta di niente. State attenti perché la tariffa è 4 euro l'ora e fanno pagare 5.

Vede la macchina bmw serie 1 è di dice 2 euro all. Ora poi 4 euro dalla seconda. Vado pagare dopo 30 minuti. Mi dice che devo pagare 4 euro. Cado dalle nuvole. Non mi sembra di stare a Milano. Pago. Rimango incazzato e chiedo lo Scontrino. Che prima mi hanno dato una ricevuta con orario ingresso e orario uscita. Forse non lo fanno di solito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio l'auto Infiniti Q50 il 18/2/2018 nel silos in via Prina, prossimità via Paolo Sarpi. Al momento del ritiro vi sono solo due persone, una in cassa e una per prendere le auto. Come altri 15 clienti devo attendere 20 minuti prima di poter avere indietro la mia auto. Preciso che ho una bambina di 18 mesi e mia moglie è incinta. Il personale si da molto da fare ma in un giorno di grande afflusso (Capodanno Cinese) non è sufficiente a gestire tutti i clienti in tempi ragionevoli. Inoltre non è chiara la politica dei prezzi. I cartelli affissi nel garage indicano che, per un'auto come la mia di media cilindrata, la tariffa è di 4 euro/ora Sono stato 3 ore e 15 minuti e, pur conteggiando quattro ore farebbe un totale di 16 euro. Ho pagato 20 euro !! Servizio pessimo, paiono orientati solo a fare cassa ma ZERO attenzione al cliente . Da evitare. Allego scontrini
