24 Dicembre, un cliente mi chiama per un'emergenza. Vorrebbe una 60ina di raccordi pneumatici per tubo 12 e filetto maschio 3/8.
Sono chiuso, ma in queste situazioni si sa, si fa sempre il possibile per accontentare tutti. Da Prevalle a Brescia per ritirare i raccordi in Fluidmec e poi dritto a Palazzolo. Sono arrivato dal cliente alle 11.40, tutto felice mi ringrazia per poi chiamarmi dopo 3 minuti per dirmi che aveva sbagliato ad ordinarli e che avrebbe voluto da 1/4.
Purtroppo in Fluidmec avrebbero riaperto solo Venerdì 27 e non avevo tempo per tornare a Brescia e farmeli cambiare prima della chiusura (12.00)
Torno in negozio alle 8.30 del 27 Dicembre, per chiedere la sostituzione, ma mi comunicano che non avrebbero potuto accettare il reso senza un regolare DDT (quando bastava cambiare quello già esistente perché non ancora fatturato); Allora mi faccio fare un nuovo documento di trasporto per altri 60 raccordi da 1/4, confidando che quelli sbagliati li avrebbero ripresi senza problemi.
Al contrario, ora mi stanno chiedendo il 20% del valore della prima fornitura per poterne accettare il reso, in modo da poter lucrare anche sulla sostituzione.
Alla luce di questa cosa, armatevi di una sfera di cristallo per poter predire gli ordini sbagliati dei vostri clienti ed evitare di rimetterci, perché non sarà sicuramente Fluidmec a venirvi incontro.

December 24th, a customer calls me for an emergency. Would like a 60in of pneumatic fittings for 12 tube and 3/8 male thread.
I am closed, but in these situations you know, you always do everything possible to please everyone. From Prevalle to Brescia to collect the connections in Fluidmec and then straight to Palazzolo. I arrived at the customer at 11.40, all happy thanking me and then calling me after 3 minutes to tell me that he had made a mistake in ordering them and that he would have liked 1/4.
Unfortunately in Fluidmec they would only reopen on Friday 27th and I didn't have time to go back to Brescia and have them changed before closing (12.00)
I go back to the shop at 8.30 on December 27, to ask for the replacement, but they tell me that they could not accept the return without a regular DDT (when it was enough to change the existing one because it has not yet been invoiced); So I get a new transport document made for another 60 1/4 '' fittings, trusting that the wrong ones would take them back without any problems.
On the contrary, now they are asking me for 20% of the value of the first supply in order to accept the return, so that they can also profit from the replacement.
In light of this, arm yourself with a crystal ball to be able to predict the wrong orders of your customers and avoid losing out, because it will certainly not be Fluidmec to meet you.
update 20/04 - I've been working on it for years, now the anger of this single episode has passed, it is fair to admit that for professionalism and availability in stock it is a 5-star company with no ifs and buts
