Beautiful flowers and plants, large selection and great prices. Despite almost being closed, the owner was extremely kind and helpful, helping me in choosing a gift that was much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come rovinare una sorpresa... oggi mi chiamano per chiedere se abitassi a Torino o fuori, perché hanno un'ordine per me e vogliono sapere dove abito... anzi che mandare una mail alla persona che ha fatto l'ordine per chiedere l'indirizzo corretto... roba da matti.
Ovviamente io non ne sapevo nulla dei fiori tra l'altro ordinati dagli Stati Uniti. Rovinata la sorpresa a me e deluso la persona che voleva farmi un regalo da così lontano.
How to spoil a surprise ... today they call me to ask if I live in Turin or outside, because they have an order for me and want to know where I live ... rather than send an email to the person who placed the order to ask for the correct address ... crazy stuff.
Obviously I didn't know anything about the flowers ordered by the United States among other things. Ruined the surprise for me and disappointed the person who wanted to give me a gift from so far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono imbarazzato per loro. Ho chiamato al mattino presto per una prenotazione che mi hanno confermato, si trattava di 12 rose da consegnare alla sera. Come da accordi, mi sono recato nel pomeriggio per saldare e mi è stato detto che quella prenotazione non sarebbe più costata 55€ ma 100€. La titolare, oltre ad essere vestita come una Casamonica, quando sono entrato nel negozio non mi ha nemmeno risposto dopo aver salutato e ha giustificato il nuovo importo dicendomi "è San Valentino" e "dovevi prenotare" (cosa che ho fatto). Spero vivamente che chiudano al più presto per lasciar spazio alle persone oneste.
I am embarrassed for them. I called early in the morning for a reservation which they confirmed, it was 12 roses to be delivered in the evening. As agreed, I went in the afternoon to pay and was told that that booking would no longer cost € 55 but € 100. The owner, in addition to being dressed like a Casamonica, when I entered the shop did not even answer me after saying goodbye and justified the new amount by saying "it's Valentine's Day" and "you had to book" (which I did). I sincerely hope they close as soon as possible to make room for honest people.
