Merce non ricevuta (e non per colpa mia, era il loro corriere che era in difetto!). Mi sembra logica conseguenza avere il rimborso, invece ritengono "che il pacco prima gli deve ritornare, ...poi procederanno al rimborso" (!?! io cosa c'entro??) . Comunque Il pacco (fortunatamente per me) rientra consegnato dal LORO corriere (che persino si preoccupa di darmene notifica!) Avrò avuto il rimborso direte...INVECE NO! , "scaricano" su PayPal, dicendo che hanno "tempi tecnici" per rimborsare (assurda risposta! , dato che PayPal ha si "tempi tecnici" per rimborsare, MA QUANDO E' IL VENDITORE CHE NON ESEGUE IL RIMBORSO). Scritto più volte per cercare di "far capire", ma , "ahimè", nessuna risposta (come poterla sperare ???) . Ora spero solo di riavere i miei soldi PER MERCE MAI RICEVUTA (e...NO COMMENT!)
Goods not received (and not my fault, it was their courier who was at fault!). It seems logical to me to have the reimbursement, instead they believe "that the package must come back to him first, ... then they will proceed to the reimbursement" (!?! I what got to do with it?). However the package (fortunately for me) returns delivered by THEIR courier (who even takes care of notifying me!) I will have had the reimbursement you say ... INSTEAD NO! , "download" on PayPal, saying that they have "technical times" to repay (absurd answer!, since PayPal has "technical time" to repay, BUT WHEN THE SELLER IS NOT REFUNDING). Written several times to try to "make people understand", but, "alas", no answer (how can we hope?). Now I just hope to get my money back FOR GOODS NEVER RECEIVED (and ... NO COMMENT!)
