★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone serie e competenti. Uso il loro sito circa una volta o due all'anno per inviare fiori in un'altra città . Sito fatto molto bene e in genere quello che scelgo è praticamente uguale. Scelgo di pagare con PayPal . Sono precisi nella consegna. Affidabili. Continuerò a servirmi da loro.
Serious and competent. I use their site about once or twice a year to send flowers to another city. Site done very well and in general what I choose is practically the same. I choose to pay with PayPal. They are precise in delivery. Reliable. I will continue to serve me from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fioreria in piazza, piante fiorite e verdi molto belle. Ho avuto l'impressione che qualche volta la vendita sia un po' frettolosa, senza ascoltare veramente le esigenze delle persone. Comunque un bell'angolo di natura nella grigia piazza Garibaldi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clienti del negozio da almeno 20 anni, ho ordinato sul sito una composizione floreale “cesto con 3 piante primaverili” in occasione del compleanno di mia madre. La composizione non corrisponde affatto a quello che ho ordinato e che è illustrato nel sito internet.
Prima dell’acquisto, avevo ben letto che la composizione varia a seconda delle piante a disposizione, ma la composizione ricevuta è più povera e scarna rispetto alla foto pubblicata sul loro sito. In aggiunta, è stata preparata una composizione in una ciotola (composizione che costa 4 euro in meno) e non una composizione in un cesto, come ordinato.
Mia sorella è andata al negozio per segnalarlo e non è stata soddisfatta dalle spiegazioni fornite. È uscita senza ricevere nessuna compensazione.
Molto deluse. Avete perduto tre fedeli clienti.
Customers of the shop for at least 20 years, I ordered a floral arrangement "basket with 3 spring plants" on the site for my mother's birthday. The composition does not correspond at all to what I ordered and which is illustrated on the website.
Before the purchase, I had read well that the composition varies according to the plants available, but the composition received is poorer and more sparse than the photo published on their website. In addition, a composition in a bowl was prepared (composition costing 4 euros less) and not a composition in a basket, as ordered.
My sister went to the shop to report it and was not satisfied with the explanations given. She left without receiving any compensation.
Very disappointed. You have lost three loyal customers.

Delivery hours were not respected (the delivery-man came at 10 on the morning even if my boyfriend precise to come after 14h), so he didn't find me, shout my name several times in the street expecting for an answer, woke up my roommate this way, and finally gave her the flowers instead of me, being unnice and unpolite with her. Even if flowers were wonderful, I definitively don't think this is a way to make this kind of delivery.
