Alla festa della mamma, quando si sa che i fiori sono il regalo più frequente, loro non sono in grado di gestire e rispettare: l'ordine di arrivo dei clienti, la richiesta dei clienti e soprattutto l'estetica. Confusione e pressapochismo e che dire del bouquet??? A dir poco Orribile. Presi i fiori e arrotolati nel primo foglio che hanno trovato, senza alcuna cura e alcun rispetto dei colori e della forma. Un fascio informe di fiori alla rinfusa. Eppure erano in tanti....Mi vergogno a darlo a mia suocera. Non metterò mai più piede in questo negozio... Mi dispiace, ma lo Sconsiglio vivamente
 One star is too much !!! Thumbs down for professionalism, organization and customer care .... At Mother's Day, when you know that flowers are the most frequent gift, they are not able to manage and respect: the order of arrival of customers, the customer request and above all aesthetics. Confusion and carelessness and what about the bouquet ??? To say the least Horrible. I took the flowers and rolled them in the first sheet they found, without any care and no respect for colors and shape. A shapeless bundle of flowers in bulk. And yet they were many ... I am ashamed to give it to my mother-in-law. I'll never set foot in this shop again ... I'm sorry, but I strongly advise against it
