Sono il destinatario di un ordine fatto per San Valentino e, confrontandomi col mittente, abbiamo scoperto che l'ordine non rispettava le richieste di questi. Prima di tutto, alla consegna è arrivata solo una parte del regalo e non era nemmeno ciò che era stato ordinato. Inoltre la merce era di valore inferiore al prezzo pagato e il venditore non si è nemmeno preoccupato di rimborsare la differenza - che era più della metà del totale. In secundis, mancava la scatola di cioccolatini - e qui tengo a precisare che erano della Lindt. Quando abbiamo chiamato per segnalare la mancanza della scatola, questa ci è arrivata dopo cinque ore e veniamo a scoprire che non era nemmeno la scatola ordinata: era bensì un tubo di Baci Perugina di valore nettamente inferiore alla scatola che era stata pagata. Il fattorino si è addirittura giustificato dicendo che gli era caduta in macchina e se ne era accorto solo pochi minuti prima che ci bussasse alla porta. A conti fatti voleva fregarci.
