Mi sono sentito accolto, coccolato e protetto dal loro saper fare, quindi invece di dire cosa volevo li ho lasciato fare il regalo floreale a loro gusto. L'allestimento era bellissimo e il boquet a dir poco SPLENDIDO! impeccabili come sempre e i fiori magnifici. La cortesia, la gentilezza e la collaborazione in questo evento è stata unica. Ci siamo confrontate sin dall'inizio e fino al pomeriggio prima abbiamo fatto il punto per poi arrivare la mattina del matrimonio con il mio boquet bellissimo a casa, le bottoniere e i braccialetti e gli addobbi alla location della cerimonia fantastici. Capisco che nel nostro caso, una pianta pagata per essere H 160 è arrivata 30 cm meno, adducendo spiegazioni posticce , per dovere di cronaca, immagino che vi sia un concorso di colpa con un negozio che ha fatto fa intermediario, ma la mancanza di educazione è l arroganza dimostrata a telefono mettendo gù immagino che sia tutta loro. Non conoscevo il negozio, ho fatto una ricerca su internet, ho visto le foto delle loro composizioni sul sito, mi sono piaciute ed ho chiamato. Ho concordato tutto telefonicamente con la signora Cristina che ha saputo consigliarmi e devo dire che il risultato ha superato le aspettative: un mazzo di fiori bellissimi e una corona d'alloro, decorata con bacche e fiori, che era un piccolo capolavoro! (arrivata dentro una scatola chiusa con un fiocco e un mazzolino). Voglio fare un ringraziamento speciale a Cristina per la sua gentilezza e la disponibilità, e complimentarmi per il gusto impeccabile!
