Il personale di Santinelli mi rassicura sul fatto che la pianta sarebbe stata bene lì e invece dopo nemmeno un anno la pianta macera; nonostante abbia scrupolosamente seguito ogni indicazione ricevuta in negozio circa la cura della stessa. Quando faccio presente al titolare che forse potevano spendere due parole in più con me avvisandomi al momento dell’acquisto che stavo spendendo parecchio per qualcosa che non si sa quanto sarebbe durata lui replica: “eh ma allora non vendo più le piante!” Caro Signore...c’è una bella differenza tra chi si preoccupa della soddisfazione del cliente e pertanto sa come consigliarlo con competenza e rispetto e chi invece si preoccupa solo di vendere! Al piano di sopra nel negozio è sempre molto lento come servizio e si fanno lunghe attese, al di là del covid forse sarebbe opportuno avere qualcuno che si occupi solo di composizioni e qualcuno che faccia scontrini o che assista il cliente con più celerità. Se tutte compongono e tutte fanno scontrini alla fine della composizione capite bene che chi deve pagare un vaso o del concime passano 45 min ad aspettare. Do solo un consiglio per agevolarvi e spero che lo possiate mettere in pratica :) The quality of the products is excellent. In the nursery area you are also served quickly!
