★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non discuto la qualità dei prodotti (non ho mai comperato da loro essendo di fuori regione) ma l'educazion risposte al telefono sì.. ho chiamato per ordinare una mazzo di fiori e una signora mi ha aggredita dicendomi che aveva un sacco da fare e che dovevo mettermi in coda e che non aveva tempo... Le ho risposto che di questi tempi avere la coda di clienti è una fortuna ma che una risposta più gentile sarebbe dovuta. Non posso sapere se la situazione là è caotica (sono al telefono) e mi hanno insegnato che la gentilezza è sempre dovuta da persone educate. Io non ci andrò più mi spiace.
I don't discuss the quality of the products (I never bought from them being from outside the region) but the education answered the phone yes .. I called to order a bouquet of flowers and a lady attacked me saying she had a lot to do and that I had to queue and that he had no time ...
